New COVID-19 Policies and Procedures


  • All services are by appointment only. No walk-ins until further notice

  • You will be required to wear a mask that loops behind the ear during your service. Please bring your own mask, preferably a disposable one, or purchase one from the salon. No neck gaiters.

  • Arrive with clean dry hair. It is fine if you wash your hair the day before. We cannot apply color to your hair if your roots are full of touch-up spray or dry shampoo.

  • We are suspending blow-dries with cut and color appointments to limit the circulation of airborne particles.

  • We have set aside a designated time for a limited number of shampoo and blow-dry appointments when the salon is empty.

  • Make sure we have your current email and phone number on file.

  • We will contact you before your visit to confirm your appointment and ask if you or someone in your household is exhibiting any COVID-19 symptoms.

  • Text or call us when you have arrived for your scheduled appointment.

  • We temporarily have no waiting area in the lobby. Please remain in your car until we tell you to come in.

  • Your temperature will be taken in the lobby before you enter the salon.

  • You will be required to sanitize your hands upon entering the salon.

  • We have suspended our beverage service, snacks and magazines.

  • Limit the items you bring with you. Do not bring food or drinks. Leave extra bags at home.

  • We will escort you to your stylist's station. Please maintain social distancing from other guests/employees (except your stylist).

  • Only individuals with a service appointment will be allowed in the salon. Please do not bring a friend, family member or pets with you.

  • Contactless payment options are available, and cash is discouraged. We will not be able to provide change.


Cancellation Policy


  • If you feel ill or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home.

  • If you need to cancel due to illness, notify us in advance and we will not charge the cancellation fee. If you do not notify us that you are ill and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.


Late Arrival Policy


  • Due to additional cleaning and sanitation measure we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more for your appointment there will be a 100% cancellation fee.


Service Adjustments


We strive to build trust and long term relationships with our clients, so if for any reason you have questions or concerns with the service please contact us within 7 days of your original service date and we will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment service with your original service provider.  If you would like something different than what you asked for, a new appointment time and service charge will apply.  Services are non-refundable.  Please call the salon to schedule an adjustment appointment.  


Product Return Policy


If your product purchase doesn't give you the beautiful results you hoped for, bring it back within one week and we'll happily provide a salon credit. No cash refunds.


Personal Possessions


Stylist  follow proper procedures during color services using neck towels and capes that cover the arms and body. For additional safety, it is recommend that you change into a robe which is available to you upon request. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or loss of personal belongings during your service.
