As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 50% of your full treatment cost in all circumstances, including illness. Late arrival will shorten your treatment time. Cancellation/rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a "no show" and the cancellation fee will apply.
Guests who repeatedly cancel or do not show up for an appointment may be asked to prepay for future services OR book same day appointments. Such services will only be redeemable at the time of the scheduled appointment and the charge will be non-refundable.
We strive to build trust and long term relationships with our clients, so if for any reason you have questions or concerns with the service please contact us within 7 days of your original service date and we will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment service with your original service provider. If you would like something different than what you asked for, a new appointment time and service charge will apply. Services are non-refundable. Please call the salon to schedule an adjustment appointment.
Product Return Policy
If your product purchase doesn't give you the beautiful results you hoped for, bring it back within one week and we'll happily provide a salon credit. No cash refunds.
Stylist follow proper procedures during color services using neck towels and capes that cover the arms and body. For additional safety, it is recommend that you change into a robe which is available to you upon request. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or loss of personal belongings during your service.
