We are following all state and local regulations and are thrilled

to welcome you to Olive Hill!  Our goal is to ensure everyone's

health and safety while providing you with exceptional services.

Masks are required for everyone, regardless of vaccination status. 

We have prepared a list of  procedures based on current State of California guidelines.

Appointment Procedures

  • All services are by appointment only. No walk-ins until further notice.  Call or text us for same day appointments.

  • Masks are required for everyone. Please bring your own, preferably a disposable one that loops behind the ears. No neck gaiters.

  • We have suspended our beverage service, snacks and magazines.

  • Please limit the items you bring with you. Do not bring food or drinks. Leave extra bags at home.

  • For the comfort and safety of our guests, we will escort you to your stylist's station. Please maintain social distancing from other guests/employees (except your stylist).

  • Only individuals with a service appointment will be allowed in the salon. Please do not bring a friend, family member or pets with you.

  • Contactless payment options are available.

Cancellation Policy


  • Your appointment time is held just for you. As a courtesy to our team and other clients, please allow 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling requests. Cancellations/rescheduling requests that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee of 100% of your full treatment cost.

  • Cancellation/ rescheduling requests may be submitted via email or voicemail if you are unable to reach us by phone. Arrival fifteen minutes or more after your treatment time will be considered as a “no show” and the cancellation fee will apply

  • If you feel ill, or have been exposed to anyone with Covid-19 symptoms, please stay home.

  • If you need to cancel due to illness, notify us in advance and we will not charge the cancellation fee. If you do not notify us that you are ill and do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service.


Late Arrival Policy


  • Due to additional cleaning and sanitation measure we will not be able to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more for your appointment there will be a 100% cancellation fee

Service Adjustments


We strive to build trust and long term relationships with our clients, so if for any reason you have questions or concerns with the service please contact us within 7 days of your original service date and we will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment service with your original service provider.  If you would like something different than what you originally asked for, a new appointment time and service charge will apply.  Services are non-refundable.  Please call the salon to schedule an adjustment appointment.  


Product Return Policy


If your product purchase doesn't give you the beautiful results you hoped for, bring it back within one week and we'll happily provide a salon credit. No cash refunds.


Personal Possessions


Stylist  follow proper procedures during color services using neck towels and capes that cover the arms and body. For color appointments, please wear appropriate clothing. No turtlenecks, white blouses or special occasion tops. For additional safety, it is recommend that you change into a robe which is available to you upon request. We are not responsible for damage to clothing or loss of personal belongings during your service.
